WWE has granted Brock Lesnar a 1 night leave to return to the UFC to fight at UFC 200. Lesnar is still under contract with the WWE and will be back at Summerslam, but for the time being Lesnar is training to fight for the UFC once again.

More importantly, Vince McMahon is showing Dana White he is the bigger man by allowing Brock to perform at a UFC event while under contract despite Dana White not allowing Ronda Rousey to perform at WrestleMania even though she desperately wants to.

IMO That is the big news here. With Vince one-upping Dana White, it's possible that we could see other UFC fighters allowed to work with the WWE in one-off performances at big 4 events.

Brock has a Raw appearance two days after the fight, so it's even more interesting to see what he's gonna look like then. I think that seeing Brock on Raw with a swollen face would go all over the memes like crazy.

Regardless of how the fight at UFC 200 turns out, I think that while his SummerSlam match will obviously be one sided, I think it would also completely change the whole structure of the match. I think Brock will be booked to rely on his MMA skills throughout the entire match in a one sided match at SummerSlam rather than suplex after suplex, and then win the match with his Kimura Lock.

If Brock wins this fight, there is no doubt that Vince will push him to the stratosphere. If the person that Brock beats at UFC 200 is Mark Hunt, I think that WWE will capitalize on it by having Brock decimate Roman to win the title like he did John Cena at SummerSlam two years ago, but in an MMA style way rather than suplex after suplex. Doing that and having him leave could be a good way of how they go about creating a second World Title since that's what WWE wants to do.

I think there's more money in it if Brock loses to the NEXT next big thing in the WWE. I still think Dean Ambrose ought to pick a fight with Lesnar again especially if Lesnar wins, and then should go over at Summerslam. If not him, then Owens, and if not Owens, then Samoa Joe. In ALL of these cases Lesnar should lose.

I think it's shit because.......

1) If Brock loses he won't look as invincible in WWE.

2) Both companies are after a similar kind of audience so allowing him to appear for both looks poor.

Don't see the point in doing UFC as a one off fight.

So he's fighting Mark Hunt (YAY NEW ZEALAND!). Perfect choice for him really. Hunt is a big attraction because of his style, but he's also not a top-tier guy that would smash the shit out of Lesnar. Should draw well and be an entertaining bout without too much risk of making Lesnar look like a dickhead.

I don't like Hunt's chances at all. He's one of the better strikers in the company but he can't wrestle to save himself, if Lesnar can take it to the ground he'll dominate. If he tries to look cool standing up he could very well get the absolute shit kicked out of him.

Bet365 have Brock nicely priced then if you are correct with your information Raven......

If people think Brock is going to beat the odds on favourite than maybe the value is in both guys making it to the end of the first round.

Not often that Lesnar is seen as an underdog, but he's got history at upsetting the odds.

I personally think that Brock should have his WWE music to walk out to for this.

They had him come out to Enter Sandman and then Nickel Size Hail when he was first in UFC, none of which were good matches for Brock. His WWE entrance music is up there as one of the GOAT entrance themes and if you think about it, it really is the only entrance music he should ever have or will ever need for anything in his entire life. Everything about it symbolizes everything that Brock is, and him having walkout music that is something other than his WWE music should be considered a crime. It could also easily score a Japanese monster movie or a gruesome slasher flick simply because of how loud and unrelenting it is. When that guitar blares on the loudspeakers, everybody in that arena that specific night and those watching know that destruction isn’t just imminent, it’s guaranteed, and if someone has the misfortune of being there in that ring at the time, only one thing should come to their mind, and that is "Here Comes The Pain".
