* Another mockery of the brand extension and what it's supposed to stand for.
* I'm a Jericho fan but it's overkill seeing him on both Raw and Smackdown.
* Keep him off Raw or at least find a storyline reason (like a trade) to keep him off Smackdown.

I personally think they will end up keeping Jericho on Raw, his inter-action with the guest hosts has been one of the few highlights of the whole guest host angle, plus he has done far more of note on Raw than he has on SD, the only thing that springs to mind on SD is his feud with Mysterio.
I can see them running some sort of stipulation on a match where if he wins he gets traded to Raw, then around Wrestlemania time we will see a inter-brand feud between him and Edge. |

Which dumb ass thought up the idea to completely bury Jericho last night?
It was bad enough he was put in a bodyslam match without the other two stipulations being used on him also.
Remember Jerishow? Yeah so do I and that's why the pair should have had more time.

I'm not going to make it a secret but I think Jericho is the best pure worker in the WWE. I can see why the WWE would want him on all shows. I really can see a babyface turn coming soon...everybody loves to love him as much as they love to hate him....that is what makes him the best....he can make anyone look good just like my other favorite HBK!

Chris Jericho's deal to host a new game show for ABC dubbed "Downfall" has raised eyebrows in WWE circles. Jericho's current contract with WWE is set to expire this fall, and there are internal concerns that this deal could result in Jericho taking another hiatus from the company, reports the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
So yeah a huge blow to WWE if Jericho does in fact take another hiatus from the company again, especially with Michaels and Batista out retired and Undertaker out being hurt like usual. |

I don't see how this any different than HHH being gone for a month or two to do a movie and odds are the game show isn't going to be on the air too long.

I don't seem him leaving WWE unless his game show turns out to be a success.
If he leaves to concentrate on the show and it bombs, he will be begging for his job back in quick time.
I think WWE hold the aces over Jericho here.

I'm a true hardcore jerichoholic ninja and my paragon of virtue isn't going anywhere but to the top of the ladder at Money in the Bank....He is good as a host but the show sucks badly...

Several people in WWE are talking more and more about Chris Jericho leaving the company when his contract expires in September. Word is that Jericho asked officials for permission to try and become the host of ABC's Downfall game show and was given the OK. When Jericho was hired for the show, apparently Vince McMahon got mad and nobody can really explain why. Jericho was on somewhat of a losing streak lately and was given less promo time. He was the only top star missing from RAW two weeks ago where the RAW Superstars stood up against the NXT Rookies. Jericho has since been put into a program with Evan Bourne and all seems well at this point. It's not like they're going to punish one of their top stars for months on end. Jericho got the okay from officials so I don't see what the problem is I don't find anything wrong with Jericho wanting to host a show.
Vince McMahon can walk with his head between his legs because instead of elevating stars he buries them. Now that a bunch of veterans are either taking time off or hurt with injuries Vince seems to be in panic mode.
Jericho was on a major losing streak & it was quite sad to look @ it. The way he's been buried it's no surprise that he was the only top star missing when Raw stood up against the NXT Rookies.
It surely seems like Jericho is being punished because he wants to leave @ a time where WWE is pretty much in need of superstars.

Despite that being the reason people know of him and that being the thing he's best at.
That would be because his music isn't that good.
Sunglasses worn inside makes a person look like an idiot unless it's because they have epilepsy like the guy from Ting Tings does.
