His TV show got cancelled as well, so bad times for Jericho.
His RWC must of took a huge knock. Looks like 'Jericho on Raw' is going to last a while longer because he fails at everything showbiz outside of wrestling. |

I'm pretty sure from that, that Jericho isn't going to jepodise his only decent income.
If his band were successful and Downfall had done alright he would have had more power in negotiations.
He's lucky to get as much time off as he does to tour with his hitless band.

Scandalous words there Adders. I'm gona step in and stand up for Jericho's band. Fozzy are an excellent band, and you're going to say I'm biased, but their show I went to in May was actually the best gig I've been to in years. It was so entertaining, their music is cheesy metal but fun, and there was an awesome atmosphere. I think the main reason they are 'hitless' is probably because of the fact that he's a pro-wrestler, and that's still kind of a death knell to doing anything else successful in the media. Even the Rock and Stone Cold still get jip over it.
Downfall did suck. You could tell by his face in episode one that even Jericho was like 'WTF is this?' To be fair to him I think it's failure was more to do with the crappy concept of the show (which was condemned) rather than his hosting of it (which was widely well received on the whole). ![]() |

I actually think now may be the time to turn Jericho face again.....
The whining, ego-maniacle Jericho character has run its course, Chris has faced pretty much every top face on the Raw and Smackdown rosters. Turning him face now would create several fresh top-line feuds. Also his crowd reactions are often more favourable than the faces hes in the ring with, Evan Bourne being a prime example. I enjoy watching Chris when he plays a more edgy, babyface character. I would love to see him feuding with the likes of Miz, Sheamus and perhaps some of the Nexus members. |

Yeah, after this weeks RAW, looks like a face turn is on the cards for Jericho - for two weeks now he has been 'struggling' to do the right thing, but the heel takes over lol. He's going to save Cena's ass at some point in the Nexus feud.
Jericho is one of the best heels in WWE, but I'd have no problem with seeing the old cocky face again. I miss him telling heels to 'Shut!...the!...hell!...up!!!' lol

too right. Jericho's booking in the last few weeks has been brilliant. Will he go face? will he stay heel? will he stay with Edge? or will he join Nexus? totally up in the air. Love it. I'd love to see him as a face again, its been such a long time, it'll bring some really fresh stuff to Raw (which is crazy heel heavy) |

Tapping out Khali cleanly must mean he's back in the good books of management with his current contract talks.
The match was rightly kept short and ended in the correct manner.
Jericho for me is another at Night Of Champions who has no chance of winning the title.
