Fozzy is a good band with some good tracks. Y2J is also very knowledgeable about the music he plays too.

Why do you think he hasn't had much musical success then?

Chris Jericho's "Fozzy" album, Chasing the Grail, failed to crack Billboard's Top 200 chart in its first week of release. Despite a heavy promotional push which included Martyr No More being used as one of the official theme songs for this year's Royal Rumble pay-per-view, the album sold a mere 2,200 copies in its first week out. On a positive note, it ranked sixth in sales on the Top Heatseekers chart, which charts artists who have never appeared on the top 100 of the Billboard Top 200. Fozzy's last album, All That Remains, sold just over 90,000 copies.

He's got the WWE juggernaut behind him so not reaching top 200 is extremely poor.

It makes you wonder if he will continue with the band with him not being recognised.

I seriously doubt that any of the band members is doing Fozzy for a living.... I think it´s more of a hobby for Y2J and the guys he does it with....

There´s a hole in the world like a big black pit, and it´s filled with people who are full of shit.

I think the reason Fozzy never made any major impact is purely because it's a hobby for the members - Jericho obviously has the wrestling, and a couple of the other members have a day job playing with Stuck Mojo.

Personally, I can't really get into recent fozzy output - I prefered they're earlier albums when they were a comedy hair metal covers band.
Fletch: Why didnt Vince just get a load of monitors to act as lumberjacks? Then Bret wouldnt have stood a chance. That monitor will be inducted in to the HOF at Wrestlemania 30.

Well, I was lucky enough to see Fozzy live in Glasgow on Thursday and they were a-freakin'-mazing! I loved every single loud, noisy minute of it plus Chris and Rich were joking with the fans inbetween songs. I spend the entire day on Friday on a total Fozzy high and I think my eardrums have only just recovered from it. Absolutely amazing and I'm so glad I went and would happily go again if they come back.

Having the WWE machine behind them doesn't mean anything, hstory says than nine times out of ten a wrestler's out projects fail, and that anything Vince produces besides Wrestler does too.
Lifes what you make it.
