Seth has the heelish muscle to help him and AOP are associated with a top tier wrestler. It's win win for both of them.

All that AOP have to do is talk little and destroy a lot and let Seth do most of the chatter.

I already like the pairing and can see it lasting a long time, maybe even being given a faction name.

Its smart, Seth is now the nasty heel with AOP as his muscle, and it's a great rub for AOP putting them instantly into a prominent position by association with a top singles guy, plus it allows Seth to carry the mic work while AOP can mostly just look tough and maybe just do their foreign lingo stich occasionally. 

For me Seth is almost like a heel Shawn Michaels, a guy that is seen as one of the best in the ring but needs back up and takes short cuts to get the victory over the top babyfaces.

This thing theyve got going on with Seth Murphy and AOP is actually reall enjoyable.

I think this Seth is the best version of Seth, infact i think what hes doing now is definitely on par with when he was aligned with the authority.

This is what he needed after such an intense babyface run

I'll agree. Sometimes they call the group Seth's "disciples" , The Authors Of Pain and Buddy Murphy (whom Adders forgot to include in the thread title even though Murphy is Tag Team Champion with Seth.) I wonder if the "disciples" name will stick. 

Also, I can't be the only one who sees similarities of Seth's group to CM Punk and the SES.

Buddy Murphy On Raw wasn't put in the group until January and this thread got started before the new year, which explains that.


I hate that the faction has the tag team titles. Putting the straps on a makeshift team makes proper established teams look shit.

I do however like when Seth makes out to the crowd that he's embracing their ideas on situations.
