It was reported yesterday that WWE officials discussed moving The Undertaker to RAW to make up for a top babyface character being transferred to SmackDown! during the 2011 WWE Draft.
While the draft came and went without "The Deadman" changing brands, company sources indicate he'll join RAW upon his return to television. Partial Source: The Wrestling Observer Good move as it will allow him to continue his feud with Triple H without making a mockery of the brand-split like WWE do all to often.
Taker has spent years on Smackdown now, and with his career surely approaching its end its time he had one last run on the A-show. Once his feud with Tripper has run its course he has potential programmes with John Cena and Alberto Del Rio on Raw, as well as The Miz, R-Truth and John Morrison.

I agree, and was expecting him to move tbh.
Hes been on Smackdown for a decade next yr, I think it's about time he went to the top show for the big feuds ie Cena. |

You'd think JR had more important things to ask him like how his health is for example. Taker still looks bad add with his hairdo and he looked to have bulked up since Wrestlemania. If the extra muscle works in his favour or not to stay injury free, only time will tell. |

The Undertaker looked in good shape at Raw, the relaxed schedule is obviously agreeing with him.
I hope he returns before Wrestlemania, its difficult to think of a ''money'' match for him to participate in though other than against John Cena or Brock Lesnar, and both of those should take place at a Wrestlemania.
With Rock now rumoured to be facing Cena again at Mania 29 Taker has to be the favourite to face Lesnar there.
Maybe Survivor Series will just see him team with Kane again.

Hmmm Taker vs Cena HAS to happen at a big event soon or they risk not making that money spinning match. As for SS if they want him to he'll have some kind of gimmick match up as he normally does, it really wouldn't surprise me to see it being yet another match with Kane though

I dont think Taker should go anywhere near Lesnar considering how stiff Lesnar can get in there.
Taker's body is already frail these days due to years of wear and tear, taking some stiff shots from Lesnar surely will destroy it. Taker vs Rock could be alot of fun (I dont see the point of Cena vs Rock II), Taker vs Orton maybe and of course Taker vs Cena which wwe stupidly puts off yera after year and it'll bite them in the ass if Taker has to retire suddenly due to an injury ala Edge.

Taker's looking more and more like Chuck Liddell by the day.
On topic, I really could do without another brothers of destruction blah blah Kane turns on Taker blah buried alive match at Survivor Series. Play off the alleged real life heat and book Lesnar/Taker, then run the Cena match at Mania ffs. Theres clearly nobody left apart from unrealistic options like Goldberg (who probably isn't a dream opponent for most fans) and Sting, who isn't ever going to WWE. You can't go from Batista, Michaels and HHH to guys like Wade Barrett or Dolph Ziggler, what an anticlimax that is. They've probably done themselves as much harm as good by building the streak up so huge, thus we have such massive demands for the next match. |

I also suppose CM Punk or Jericho could be great opponents for Taker at WM if Cena & Lesnar are tied up. Two excellent workers who could help protect Takers body.
