Wrestlers waiting for a guy to get up to do a move like The Rock waiting for the opponent to get up to give them the Rock Bottom instead of manually picking them up to do the move more quickly.

Also, in a hardcore match, wrestlers would kick out of a pin despite getting hit by a weapon but in a regular match getting hit by a weapon would end you as you are pinned 1-2-3. (This happened alot during the attitude era)

BUMP

This has been bothering me for years and I just now remembered to actually write it here. This is more wwe writing than wreslers themselves but I hate how wwe wrestlers use specific words alot.

For ex., every young heel whose getting a push always talks about how its his DESTINY is to be wwe champ or World champ as HHH used it, Orton used it, Edge used it and now Del Rio is using it (im sure there are others who used it) and this word just infurates me because every wrestler's destiny should be to be World champion. Worst part is, the wrestler says this over and over again until they win the title. Del Rio has used it for 7 fucking months now

Another phrase wwe uses to much is teh phrase "look inside your heart", every damn "blood feud" in wwe sees the Face wrestler in the feud use this phrase during a verbal exchange at least once during the length of the feud.

If we're going strictly on things that don't make any sense, the irish whip.

Someone pulling your arm wouldn't make you run, nor would it make you bounce off the ropes right back into them.

Also, when guy get sent into the steps, and they fall to their shoulder. Foley was the only one that took it with his knees like a real man.

Its building the suspense. Its like HBK tuning the band, Rock doing the bull thing before the Rock Bottom. Everyone is ready to cum its like uhhhh climax and if it gets reversed their like OHHH NOO, if it hits they pop.

I hate it when a wrestler is constantly fiddling with his hair.  If it's too long that you can't see... then cut it.

I also hate it when a wrestler is constantly pulling at their outfit.  WWE has a couple of Divas that spend half their matches pulling their trunks back into place.  Either get some double-sided tape or get a different wardrobe.

Ive never seen anyone adjust more than Sa-More Joe. Pulling his trunks up over his muffin top and yanking them down at the thighs. He should consider new tights.

What annoys me is that when a guy turns face, he magically gets better. This is most noticeable in recent times with Randy Orton and Alex Riley. Orton couldn't beat Triple H without the interference of two or three other guys, and even then it didn't always work. He turns face, and in a week he's beating main eventers clean with no issue. Riley lost to Cena in 5 minutes, even with some interference, he turns face and a month later he's beating The Miz (who could go 20 minutes with Cena) with ease. It's ridiculous.

It wouldn't be that hard for them to turn, and get steadily better over a couple of months, which would be far more believable. I know when they want to push a guy they want to do it as quickly as possible, but it's just stupid to have them turn around so quickly.

I hate when a heel wrestler who is challenging for a belt acts like they have had enough in a match and just acts like he is leaving only for the babyface champion to stop them. Roode and Aries almost did that last night which still annoyed me even if they didnt do the bit exactly like that.

I also hate how every babyface vs bavyface feud always involves each wrestler say they RESPECT the other one.

I hate how almost all the announcers in WWE will condemn and shame a heel for the littlest things when it comes to cheap shots, cheating to win, superdickery, or going back on one's word to get ahead on rivals or people one doesn't like, but then when a "squeaky clean kids' hero" top face like Sheamus or John Cena does the exact same shit just as frequently or dangerously as a typical heel, is less entertaining about it, and generally always gets away with it, they try to handwave it out of existence and extol the super!face's so-called "virtues" some more. It also gets even more under my skin because 90% of the time, literally the only exception that doesn't fall into this is Michael freaking Cole.
