As long as the big reveal is more successful than "they" from a couple of years ago, i will be fine with it.

I'm perfectly comfortable with Wes Brisco, Chris Masters and Luke Gallows. I still say these are the types of guys that TNA has always done well with. Talented guys that WWE just didn't seem to know what to do with. 90% of the TNA roster has worked at least 1 match for WWE. Then when they came to TNA they were allowed to wrestle first, and worry about cutting promos second. I'm sour on Mick Knox. I know he's a big guy and you can't teach size. But besides his experience I think Gallows brings more than Knox. I'm neutral on Jay Bradley. He was Ryan Braddock during his 6 months in the WWE and I haven't seen any of his stuff since. So maybe he's improved a lot, I just don't know. I'm crossing my fingers that it is Jarrett behind this. At this point I think anyone else will be a major disappointment.

bit predictable, but at least TNA have learnt their lesson from the mess that was the planned MEM reformation with Nash and Booker only giving their word they'd sign.

Im curious Thundarr, what site did you get that info from? I ask because just about 5 days ago the Wrestling Observer said Masters wasnt in the fold with the Aces and The Eights.
As to the reveal being Jarrett, its the most obvious one and one that makes sense and be a solid leader. Im hoping TNA has an ace up their sleeve and has it be someone else like Konnan which would be a legit "Holy Fucking Shit" moment considering the previous problems Konnan and TNA had with one another

Oh c'mon Willy, you know how those dirt sheets work. I got from a site that credited it to WrestleZone, who then credits it to Observer.... etc. Konnan settled his beef with TNA a while back. While Konnan would be the bigger OMG, I think that it would just be too problematic with his schedule. Remember he's booking (and practically running) AAA in Mexico. AAA & TNA have a very nice working arrangement that lets the TNA talent work AAA PPVs. Konnan just said in an interview that he was bi-polar (no surprise.) I think that Jarrett makes the most sense. And it's possible to have a sensible angle that's still enjoyable. I think the real surprise should be the members of Aces & Eights and don't the ringleader. |

Not sure how much truth is in this or if he even was a member of Aces and Eights .... the thing is he would be a decent signing for TNA regardless .... just hopefully they would book him right

I got zero problem with Haskinson being in Aces & Eights. He's billed at 6'7" and still under 30 years old. He was brought up under the old WWE developmental system (the one that actually worked.)
Hell, I would love it if TNA brought in a couple of other guys that Haskinson has worked with on the indy scene as well. ![]() Cliff Compton, Colt Cabana and Drew Haskins headlined a few shows together for groups like IWA just earlier this year. Yeah, it's a longshot. But Colt did just drop NWA World title (his second reign) about a week ago. So I'll keep my fingers crossed. |

Yeah Festus isamazingly enough is still only like 27 and I always liked his in-ring work. He'd be a solid addition to the TNA roster

I think them having a Leader in Jeff Jarrett would be....Alright dispite my hatered for the man it makes sense. As to why they didn't attack James Storm because AMW were in his old planet Jerrett stable.
