WWE executive and on-air performer Paul "Triple H" Levesque recently appeared as a guest on CBS Sports' "In This Corner" podcast.

During his appearance on the show, Triple H admitted that there are still details that have yet to be finalized regarding the WWE Greatest Royal Rumble event at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on Friday, April 27th.

"I think we are still kind of exploring the options on it," said Triple H. "It's a little bit of a work in progress. This event sort of came together very, very quickly. It's three weeks after WrestleMania, which you can imagine putting on a week-long spectacle of that nature and following it up three weeks later in Saudi Arabia with a stadium show takes some logistic work."

HHH continued, "We are still working through the process, and I think you'll see some announcements coming up here as we continue to get further in the card, what the show is and all of that. I think you'll see announcements of the how, where and when."

This ten year deal must be costing Saudi Arabia a small fortune, which to them is still peanuts.

To fly over 50 for the Royal Rumble match, plus other matches, ring crew, management, creative etc there will be a few hundred making the trip.

Just hope they have learnt from the UAE shows and put this one on the actual Network.

Just announced, The Undertaker will take on Rusev in a Casket Match at Greatest Royal Rumble.

Guys like Triple H, Daniel Bryan, Chris Jericho, AJ Styles, Brock Lesnar, Kurt Angle, John Cena and now Undertaker being confirmed for this event is giving me hope that they will be bringing most of these big names to Australia in October for our stadium show.

Shocked But Rusev can't be shoved in a casket on Rusev Day!

Quote WWE added 15 more superstars to the Greatest Royal Rumble (one of which would be the returning Chris Jericho) and actually sent out a press release about this, which we got:

For Immediate Release

WWE® ADDS 15 MORE SUPERSTARS TO

GREATEST ROYAL RUMBLE® MATCH

RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA and STAMFORD, Conn., April 10, 2018 – Fifteen WWE Superstars, including Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle™, 2016 Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal winner Baron Corbin™, four-time Tag Team Champions The New Day™, and three-time World Heavyweight Champion and nine-time Intercontinental Champion Chris Jericho™ have officially entered the first-ever 50-man Greatest Royal Rumble match, which will take place at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on Friday, April 27 at 7:00 p.m. AST.

The Greatest Royal Rumble will stream live on WWE Network and be available on pay-per-view outside of the Middle East with regional broadcast information forthcoming.

WWE Superstars Apollo™, Shelton Benjamin™, Sin Cara™, Elias™, Chad Gable™, Goldust™, Titus O’Neil™, Mojo Rawley™ and Dolph Ziggler™ have also declared for the first-ever Greatest Royal Rumble match. Additionally, the historic event includes John Cena™ vs. Triple H™, Brock Lesnar™ vs. Roman Reigns™ in a Steel Cage Universal Championship match and six other championship matches.

General Sports Authority of Saudi Arabia Chairman, His Excellency Turki Al Sheikh, WWE Chairman & CEO Vince McMahon, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, invite the world to celebrate this signature event. It is the first event as part of a long-term partnership between WWE and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

E are going all out to make it have a big four feel, as one of the biggest and best events of the year.

I hope the locals are into it because English isn't their first language and I don't want a dead crowd.

The big plus side is it's on the Network 5 pm UK time, so for once we get to watch an event at a reasonable hour. Think this is the first time since the Japan show, which was at saturday breakfast.

The two Wrestlemania jobbers Hs and Cena should be a decent contest.

Samoa Joe has the chance to end Backlash as a double champion.....Not going to happen but a nice thought.

Undertaker I suspect will win in five minutes, because he's past it and doesn't have it anymore.

Still sad they will go to a country that treats women like shit, so can't have a womens match on the card.

Pretty stacked card, looks to be a four hour show I’m guessing.

After the painfully average Wrestlemania this show could make up for it, on paper it looks decent.

The Undertaker vs Rusev will be short and sweet, don’t think Taker is in any shape to work a long match.

Word is Rusev quit WWE, which would explain Jericho replacing him in the casket match.

There are alot of rumours on twitter about why Rusev was pulled.

One is as duke said hes quit
Another is wwe dont like his tweet saying "Bury me gently brother"
One states that its due to fan backlash
Another is because of Lanas tweet stating Rusev shouldnt be involved
The last one is because wwe are gna push him and dont want him buried (pun intended)

Take your pick
