* When both Matt and Jeff were put in Money In The Bank qualifiers, it was obvious both were going to lose. * Randy Orton on Smackdown is something to look forward to. It reads like HHH gets laid out by Dibase and Rhodes. * With the contract signing being interupted, we can assume now Cena will make the Big Show and Edge match triple threat at Wrestlemania. |

-After the match there is some brawling, Christian gets out a huge Ladder, climbs up to get the case. Finlay pushes the ladder, causing Christian to fall on the other 6 competitors. Finaly poses at top of ladder with Hornswoggle * Big Show bt. Jesse and Festus (Tornado Handicap match) - Basically a squash, showing how dominant that one punch is. *12 Rounds Trailer Shown -ZZzzzzzzzz *Hype Video for the Hardyz match, followed by a creepy promo by Matt, where its slobbering all over a Jack Russell Terrier, further implying he burned down the house -Odd. Just really odd. *Rey Mysterio bt. Chavo Guerrero -As soon as the bell rings and Rey's arm is raised, JBL comes out of nowhere with a big boot to Rey's face, before returning backstage *Cena In-Ring Promo regarding how hes gonna win the WHC. -Big Show comes out, and gets pushed out of the Ring by Cena *Matt Hardy bt. R-Truth *The Colons + Bella bt. Miz/Morrison + Bella -Carlito backstabbers Morrisson for the 2nd time this week to pick up the victory after that match breaks down (very quickly) *Short Jeff Hardy Promo for WM Match *Michelle McCool bt. Maryse by DQ (Divas Title Match) -I dont think they actually give her the win, but the rules would be that she won. Anyway, McCool floors Maryse with some move (not a finisher) and then gets missle dropkicked by Gail Kim. Neckbreacker, then Gail poses with the belt. A very weird debut. Flat crowd. Did they know who she was? *12 Round promo shown - ... *HBK tribute to Taker -HBK comes to the ring in an Undertaker like entrance, but bathed in white light and with celestial music. Cuts promo with many bible references, saying how Taker is Evil and he is good. his music hits and he has a dance. Taker comes from beneath the ring (through it, not in a hornswoggle way) attempted Chokeslam on HBK, HBK runs away. HBK taunts Taker from entrance Ramp with further dancing. * I'm really hoping M/M win at WM, twice this week theyve been beaten by the colons * The Matt Hardy promo was really odd. I didnt like it. Creepier even than the other week imo. * A really bad way to debut gail kim, i really dont think the crowd knew who she was * Another great promo by HBK. felt a bit cheesy at times with his bible quotes, but he can pull it off Edited by Trice - 27/March/2009 at 23:02 |

**Wooooooo Gail is back. Having her arrive back in the middle of an all heel match was a great idea.
* Good to see the return of Jesse and Festus, even if it is just for them to go and job. * The Shawn Michaels promo was alright but i'm not a fan of bringing religion into wrestling and felt it dragged and was a bit dull. |

Im not a fan of bringing religion in to wrestling either as it rarely gets over(see the Dustin Runnels preacher gimmick from the Attitude Era), but that segment last night was superb, Shawn pulled it off so well, i loved everything, the angel like entrance was great and when he removed the hat and had that smirk on his face that was classic, the best bit for me though was when the angel music started then the HBK theme cut in and Shawn started his dance.

Seems to me your whole anti-religious thing dragged your enjoyment of that segment down, because I haven't seen anybody else say that they did not thoroughly enjoy what Shawn Michaels did out there. |

Just proves it not always about the gimmick or the material their given, if the wrestler is talented enough he can pull it off no matter what.
Anybody else doing that stuff probably would have made me want to cringe, and i do know what Admin means about religion, im not against religion in any way but it rarely works in wrestling, Dustin Rhode's preacher gimmick was met with utter disgust from the crowd but then that was during the attitude era, a man preaching the bible to a crowd who wanted smut and hardcore action was kind of throwing poor Dustin to the wolves a bit! But in general wrestling fans dont want religion preached to them, at least not in my experience. This weeks SD was a poor effort overall though, apart from HBK/Taker and the return of Gail Kim the show was completely missable. I didnt really pay much attention to the crowd reaction during Gail's appearance, i think it would be sad if she is met with silence from WWE crowds, trouble with alot of the fans in the audience is they are not hardcore fans, the majority are Cena marks who have no odea what exists in wrestling outside of WWE. |

they more than likely practiced that segment to see how much time it would take to do all of that. First, with Taker's entrance--that takes forever then with Michaels doing virtually the same thing plus adding Bible verses into his part, they had to have practiced that to see if they could fit it into the show.
It was an awesome segment no matter what the content and how long it took. |

* The better stuff will be filmed this Friday at Wrestlemania Excess. The first part doesn't look too good at all. * MITB guys have gone at eachother so much in the build up, that it has watered down the Wrestlemania match. * The only thing i'm interested in there is seeing how Big Zeke gets on with the high flying Jeff Hardy. |

Yeah 3 matches. Coulda been Sunday Night Heat tbh. was just a show full of fued recaps for all the matches at WM (except the unification match?)
cant blame em though, must be a busy busy week. no 12 rounds trailer was shown. everyone wins. |
